Retail Warehouse Associate (Full-Time)
Pay: $15/hr
Location: East Tulsa

We are hiring a Retail Warehouse Associate for a nonprofit organization that supports affordable housing through donated goods. This is a full-time position, 5 days a week, with Saturdays required (9 AM – 6 PM). The warehouse is closed on Sundays. You will be responsible for warehouse duties such as receiving, storing, and handling items (some bulky or large and up to 70 pounds) as well as assisting customers on the sales floor. You will provide excellent customer service, help with donations, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support store operations. A positive attitude, professional appearance, and adherence to safety standards are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload donated merchandise
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Assist with general warehouse operations
• Assist customers with needs, answer queries, and drive sales 
• Explain donation policies, assist donors with forms, and ensure proper documentation
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; help load/unload items safely
• Move and display items on the showroom floor; operate trucks and equipment as needed  
• Follow safety protocols, complete safety checklists, and report hazards or incidents
• Perform outside tasks under various weather conditions, lifting up to 70 pounds

Requirements:

• 1-hour unpaid lunch break daily
• Maintain professionalism, a neat appearance, and a positive attitude.  
• Must be able to lift up to 50 - 70 lbs
• Clean background check required
• Must pass a drug test
• Dependable with attention to exact start time of shift and able to work in a team environment
