Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant to lead and optimize billing, revenue management, and related financial processes for our US market operations. This role requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, billing and subscription billing, and collaboration with senior finance stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and own the billing function, including billing cycles, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes.
• Collaborate with CFO and senior finance stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Implement and optimize subscription billing, billing/revenue workflows, and related controls within D365 F&O Finance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with contractual and service delivery obligations.
• Support month-end close, AR processes, and financial data integrity.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience; mid-senior level.
• Strong exposure to Microsoft Dynamics in 365 F&O Finance.
• Billing and revenue management experience, including subscription billing.
• Experience working closely with CFO/senior finance stakeholders.
Understanding of invoicing and AR processes.
• Familiarity with accounting standards (AASB15 ASC606) and applying them to service contracts with time components and performance obligations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to own and lead the billing function.
• US market experience.
