Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules and appointments for team members
  • Prepare and maintain documents and reports
  • Assist with data entry and database management
  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors
  • Support the team in project coordination and administration
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible
  • Assist in preparing presentations and meeting materials
  • Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
