JP Construction Group Inc. is looking for a Construction Manager to join our dedicated team in Woodbridge. This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to lead construction projects from inception to completion within the dynamic construction industry.
As a Construction Manager, you will oversee all phases of construction operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, driving efficiency and fostering a culture of safety and excellence on-site.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning to execution
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients and subcontractors
- Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control
- Resolve conflicts and issues that arise during construction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
