In this role, you will contribute to the vital mission of Kids First Health Care by providing leadership and support to various initiatives aimed at enhancing our service delivery. As a Director Support Professional, you will engage with team members and stakeholders to ensure that our organization meets its goals and continues to provide exceptional care to our young patients and their families. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $135,000 annually, along with a collaborative work culture and opportunities for professional development.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate various operational initiatives within the organization
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to improve service delivery
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment
• Manage communication between departments and stakeholders
• Facilitate training and onboarding for new staff
• Monitor performance metrics and assist in reporting
• Engage with families and community partners to promote health services
• Participate in meetings and provide input on organizational strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Social Work, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management tools
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
