What we’re looking for:
- 🪨 Pride in quality, hands-on stonework and craftsmanship
- 🤝 Team-first attitude with strong communication and work ethic
- 🚗 Valid driver’s license
- 🚛 CDL license a plus
- 🦺 Experience operating relevant equipment such as excavators, skid steers, or similar machinery
- 📍 Projects are within a 30-mile radius of Blue Mounds, WI
- 🛠️ Ability to work with hand tools and power tools
- 💪 Ability to work outdoors and handle minor lifting
The Role:
- 🧱 Assist in the installation of natural stone and rock retaining walls
- ⛏️ Help with excavation, grading, and base preparation
- 🔩 Learn proper stone selection, placement, and stacking techniques
- 📐 Work alongside experienced crew members to ensure quality and precision
- 🌿 Contribute to landscape projects that are built to last and look great
