Kumar Agro Refinery Private Limited is seeking an Entry-Level Store Supervisor to join our team in the Consumer Goods industry. As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store located in Perambur, Chennai. This is a full-time position that requires on-site presence to ensure the smooth functioning of the store. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise store staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, storing, and organizing products
• Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a retail or store management role is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting
