Job Title: Social Media Marketing Intern.
Summary
Leapswitch Networks is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing Intern to be a part of our team. We have a place for freshers or students that are very much into social media, digital trends, and online branding. As an Social Media Marketing Intern you will get in to managing all social media platforms, creating out there content, increasing brand awareness, and supporting digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: 
Social Media Management
1 Manage our company’s presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter/X.
2 Schedule and post regularly on social media.
3 Daily check in on engagement, messages, comments and get back to what requires response as soon as possible.
Content Creation
1 Develop and post attractive captions, creatives, reels, and stories for social media.
2 Work with the design team on graphics and branding.
3 Brainstorm new campaign concepts to increase audience engagement.
Brand Awareness & Growth
1 Research popular trends, hashtags, and competitor actions.
2 Grow your following and increase engagement across all platforms.
3 Support efforts to increase online presence and reach.
Analytics & Reporting
1 Track metrics like reach, impressions, clicks, and engagement on social media.
2 Present each week/month what we have achieved with recommendations for how to do better.
Online Reputation Management
1 Track brand mentions and customer reviews online.
2 Support our online brand image.
Requirements: 
1 Recently completed degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
2 Foundational knowledge of social media platforms and trends.
3 Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or content creation tools is a plus.
4 Strong writing ability and creative thought.
5 Knowledge in using Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and hashtags is a plus.
6 Ready for a dynamic, fast paced setting.

Duration- 6 Months
Location - PUNE

Education- BA in Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC), BA in Media Studies, BA in Multimedia and Mass Communication (BAMMC), and specialized degrees in Advertising, Public Relations, or Digital Media
Digital Marketing Course/training completion with certificate is Mandatory
