IT Infrastructure & Endpoint Security Administrator (ISO / SOC Compliant)

Role Type: Single Owner (100+ Devices, Multi-Location Operations)

Overview


We are looking for a highly accountable and process-driven IT Infrastructure & Endpoint Security Administrator who will act as the single point of ownership for managing, securing, and governing all employee endpoints, office networks, and SaaS tools across multiple locations.

This role is designed for a single individual responsible for managing 100+ devices and ensuring strict adherence 
to security, compliance, and audit requirements (ISO, MeitY, SOC 2/3). The focus is on building automated, 
policy-driven systems instead of manual operations.

Key Responsibilities

1 Endpoint Security & Laptop Management

  • - End-to-end lifecycle management of employee laptops (provisioning to decommissioning)
  • - Enforce encryption, antivirus, EDR, and security policies
  • - OS patching, firmware updates, vulnerability remediation
  • - Application restrictions, USB/device control
  • - Maintain device compliance at all times

2 Asset Lifecycle Management

  • - New employee onboarding (laptop, accessories allocation)
  • - Maintain asset inventory mapping (User – Device – Location)
  • - Employee exit process (data wipe, asset recovery, reassignment)
  • - Maintain audit-ready asset registry

3 Office Network Management (Pune, Mumbai, Nashik)

  • - Manage LAN/WiFi, firewall, VLAN segmentation
  • - Ensure network security hardening and uptime
  • - Vendor coordination for ISP and hardware
  • - Troubleshooting and documentation maintenance

4 SaaS & Identity Security Management

  • - Manage Google Workspace, Slack, and other SaaS tools
  • - User provisioning/deprovisioning (RBAC)
  • - Enforce MFA, SSO, and access policies
  • - Periodic access reviews for audit compliance

5 Compliance & Audit Readiness

  • - Ensure compliance with ISO, MeitY, SOC 2/3 requirements
  • - Maintain SOPs, policies, and audit logs
  • - Generate compliance reports (asset, patching, access)
  • - Ensure full traceability of all assets and access

6 Advanced Responsibilities (Process Transformation)

  • - Implement ITAM, MDM, and patch management automation tools
  • - Centralized logging and audit tracking
  • - Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and endpoint data security
  • - Incident response handling (lost devices, malware, breaches)
  • - Backup and recovery policies for endpoints
  • - Monthly reporting to management/CISO

Job location- Mumbai, Pune

Education Background- Graduates/PGDM in IT Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical

Experience- 2-3 yrs

Budget- 4.5 lpa max
