About the Role

Leapswitch Networks is looking for a passionate and curious SEO Intern to join our marketing team for a 3-month internship. This opportunity is perfect for freshers or students who want hands-on experience in Search Engine Optimization, website performance, content ranking, and digital growth strategies.

As an SEO Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team to improve website visibility, increase organic traffic, and learn practical SEO tools used by industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & Website Growth

• Assist in keyword research and identify ranking opportunities.
• Support on-page SEO activities such as meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content optimization.
• Help improve website rankings for relevant hosting, cloud, and IT-related keywords.
• Monitor website traffic and keyword performance regularly.

Technical SEO Support

• Participate in website audits to identify SEO issues.
• Help optimize website speed, mobile responsiveness, and Core Web Vitals.
• Assist with WordPress updates and basic website content changes.
• Use basic HTML/CSS for minor SEO edits (training will be provided).

Content & Authority Building

• Support backlink-building activities like outreach, directory submissions, and guest posting research.
• Help maintain business listings and ensure accurate company details online.
• Assist in managing online reviews and reputation-building platforms.

Reporting & Analytics

• Learn to use tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
• Track keyword rankings, traffic trends, and SEO performance reports.
• Study competitor websites and identify growth opportunities.

Who Can Apply?

• Students, freshers, or candidates interested in Digital Marketing / SEO. (Completed their graduation and Post Graduation)
• Digital marketing certification is a must
• Basic understanding of SEO concepts is preferred.
• Familiarity with WordPress or website management is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
