LEVEL Brands Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Health and Wellness department in a fully remote capacity. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving sales and building relationships with our customers. You will assist clients in finding the best products that meet their health and fitness goals, providing personalized support and guidance. This position is perfect for those looking to start their career in sales within a vibrant industry. We offer a competitive hourly salary ranging from $40 to $200 CAD, depending  performance. Experience is not neccessary.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their health and wellness needs
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products and services
• Assist in creating a positive shopping experience for clients
• Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty

• Utilize customer feedback to improve service and offerings

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interest in health and wellness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using digital communication tools
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for promoting a healthy lifestyle
