As an Asset Management Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the management of our assets, developing strategies to enhance asset performance, and collaborating with various departments to align asset management practices with organizational goals. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement asset management strategies and policies
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of assets
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams to optimize asset utilization

• Manage asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in asset management or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Proficient in asset management software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus
