This is not a contractor position.
You will be hired as a W2 employee with ongoing support, training, and administrative resources.

⭐ Your Role

As an outpatient therapist at Lifebulb, you will:

• Provide individual telehealth therapy to clients in your licensed state(s)
• Complete treatment plans and progress notes
• Collaborate professionally with clinical leadership when needed
• Uphold Lifebulb’s mission, values, and standards of care

⭐ What You Bring

We’re looking for clinicians who are compassionate, skilled, and committed to high-quality care.

Requirements:

• Active state license in one of the following:
• LCSW
• LPC
• Psychologist (PhD/PsyD)
• Dedication to providing ethical, effective, evidence-based care

Nice to Have:

• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Comfort working independently

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
