Meet Luro Health

Luro Health is a mission-driven telehealth organization committed to improving health outcomes for Medicare and Medicaid patients through evidence-informed, multidisciplinary care. We partner with safety-net providers to expand access, reduce friction in care delivery, and deliver measurable outcomes for underserved communities.

As an early stage but rapidly growing health tech start-up, we are building a world-class team that combines clinical rigor, operational excellence, and practical technology to scale high-quality care nationally.

How You’ll Contribute

Luro Health is scaling clinic partnerships nationally to expand access to high-quality, value-based care for underserved populations. The Clinical Operations Lead owns the operational excellence that makes this possible. You will execute clinic launches, operationalize clinical workflows, manage provider capacity, ensure multi-state readiness and compliance, and solve the problems that stand between launch readiness and steady-state performance. This role leads both people and processes across multiple clinical centers, ensuring consistent execution, high-quality performance, and aligned operational standards.

You report to the Chief Operating Officer and partner closely with Medical Leadership, translating strategic priorities into site-level operational reality across multiple clinics and states.

What You’ll Do

  • Drives clinic launch execution and ensures steady‑state operational excellence across Luro’s multi‑site telehealth footprint.
  • Builds scalable launch playbooks and standardized workflows, including EHR onboarding, credentialing coordination, integration sequencing, and go‑live readiness.
  • Manages and supports Care Coordinators to ensure high‑quality patient engagement, timely follow‑up, and consistent execution of care coordination workflows.
  • Owns day‑to‑day virtual clinic operations to optimize scheduling, patient flow, visit completion, and patient experience.
  • Translates clinical protocols into repeatable operational procedures in partnership with Medical Leadership, continuously improving throughput and clinician experience.
  • Manages capacity planning, provider utilization, and scheduling systems while partnering with recruiting and credentialing workflows to support growth.
  • Operationalizes multi‑state telehealth compliance and maintains audit‑ready documentation.
  • Develops dashboards and SOPs to surface performance insights, identify bottlenecks, and implement systematic solutions.
  • Coordinates vendors and clinical tools to ensure operational reliability and supports automation by translating operational needs into product requirements.

Why You’re a Match

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, or related field
  • 5–7+ years of operations experience, including 2–3+ years in healthcare or health tech
  • Our ideal candidate resides in NY, NJ, or PA to support close collaboration with our team.
  • Demonstrated success launching new clinics, programs, or initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong operational fundamentals: process design, project management, cross-functional execution, and consistent follow-through
  • Working knowledge of healthcare operations including credentialing, provider scheduling, EHR systems, and core regulatory concepts (Medicaid/Medicare)
  • Systems thinker with strong organization and prioritization skills; detail-oriented without losing the big picture
  • Self-directed and resourceful in ambiguity; able to unblock progress and drive to outcomes
  • Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across Clinical, Product, Finance, Legal, and leadership team
  • Experience operating telehealth platforms and virtual clinic workflow
  • Track record building dashboards, implementing process improvements, and delivering measurable efficiency gains
  • Experience scaling multi-site operations across multiple states with varying regulatory requirements
