Experience 4–6 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, branding, or a similar creative role (agency or brand-side). Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, campaign design, brand identity work, and social media creatives. Leadership experience (team mentoring or project ownership) preferred. Technical Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign. Working knowledge of Premiere Pro or similar tools for short videos. Familiarity with Figma (preferred) for UI/UX and collaborative design. Knowledge of Webflow or basic web layout design is a plus. Creative Competencies Excellent sense of visual hierarchy, colour theory, typography, and layout. Strong understanding of social media content formats, trends, and audience behavior. Ability to develop creative concepts from briefs, campaign requirements, and marketing objectives. Highly detail-oriented with strong brand sensitivity. Personal Attributes Highly motivated, growth-oriented, and eager to take ownership. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver on deadlines. A team player who contributes to a positive and creative work culture.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design execution across digital, print, social, and branding projects. Develop strong visual concepts and campaign creatives aligned with brand and marketing goals. Oversee daily creative output, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery. Guide and mentor junior designers to elevate overall team performance. Collaborate with content, marketing, video, and strategy teams to build cohesive campaign ideas. Create and review UI/UX layouts, landing pages, and digital experience designs (preferred). Drive innovation by integrating new design trends, tools, and approaches. Present design concepts to internal teams and clients with clarity and rationale. Maintain brand guidelines and uphold high standards across all design assets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and streamline workflows for smooth operations.
