Job title: Commercial Real Estate/Transactional Attorney

Location: Bethesda, MD

Salary:$160,000 - $170,000/year

What you will be doing:

• Work with BBS&G's nationally recognized commercial real estate practice group.
• Engage in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including joint ventures and investment structuring, development, P3, and infrastructure projects.
• Handle real property acquisitions and dispositions, commercial leasing, and finance.

Experience you will need:

• 3-6 years of real estate and/or business law experience.
• Bar admission in Maryland, DC, or Virginia is preferred.
