We are seeking an experienced Functional FCCS Consultant with strong expertise in implementing Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving end-to-end FCCS implementation while collaborating closely with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders. This role requires excellent functional knowledge, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end FCCS implementation, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment
- Conduct discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand financial consolidation and close requirements
- Work closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business processes
- Participate in test cycles, including UAT support and issue resolution
- Provide functional expertise in financial consolidation, reporting, and close processes
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and steering committees to ensure successful delivery
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and training materials
- Support key project milestones, including occasional travel to the Bay Area
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle FCCS implementation
- Proven experience in end-to-end FCCS projects
- Solid understanding of financial processes (Close, Consolidation, Reporting)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Business, Finance, IT)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
- Ability to lead discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Willingness to travel for key project phases
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other Oracle Fusion EPM modules
- Prior experience working with global or enterprise-level implementations
- Exposure to financial reporting and compliance standards
