Location: Waterloo, Iowa

Compensation: $80,000 – $85,000 per year + bonus

Position Summary
Provide high-quality outpatient care, manage an established caseload, and collaborate with a rehab
team to deliver patient-centered treatment.

Key Responsibilities
 Perform evaluations, treatment planning, and documentation
 Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting
 Collaborate with chiropractors and rehab providers
 Manage patient caseload efficiently
 Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation
 Contribute to program development

Required Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist in Iowa
2+ years outpatient/private practice experience
Orthopedic/sports rehab experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team

Compensation & Benefits
