Role Summary:
Facilitate Agile delivery for SAP EAM implementation, ensuring smooth sprint execution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Manage backlog, user stories, and JIRA tracking
• Coordinate between functional, technical, and business teams
• Remove blockers and ensure sprint commitments are met
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies
• Support release planning and delivery governance

Requirements:

• 5–7 years experience as Scrum Master in SAP/IT projects
• Strong JIRA and Agile methodology expertise
• Experience in SAP EAM/S4 projects preferred
• Good stakeholder coordination and communication
