Summary:
This role is ideal for a science educator passionate about teaching Anatomy & Physiology in a college-preparatory high school setting. As a Long-Term Substitute Teacher, you will lead three sections of Anatomy & Physiology, delivering engaging instruction and maintaining continuity in a structured academic environment. You will support student learning through lesson delivery, classroom management, and collaboration with faculty.

What You’ll Do:

• Teach 3 sections of Anatomy & Physiology aligned to curriculum standards.
• Deliver lesson plans, assessments, and instructional materials.
• Maintain a structured and engaging classroom environment.
• Support student learning through instruction, feedback, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with faculty and administration to ensure continuity of instruction.
• Participate in school responsibilities including prep and resource periods.

Experience You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience teaching high school science preferred.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to follow established curriculum and lesson plans.
• Prior Anatomy & Physiology teaching experience a plus.
