We are hiring a Senior Data Analyst to support a leading product-based organization specializing in advanced market analytics and media measurement platforms. This role focuses on transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights, enabling clients to make informed, data-driven decisions while working with cutting-edge data collaboration and clean room technologies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, including defining KPIs, measurement frameworks, and performance tracking strategies
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver actionable insights
  • Analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets to uncover trends, optimize campaigns, and support business decisions
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Utilize modern data collaboration tools and clean room environments for secure data analysis
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and present insights
  • Contribute to the development of scalable analytics frameworks and reusable solutions

 

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 9+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Science roles
  • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and Excel for data analysis
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Metabase
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, statistical analysis, and measurement methodologies
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and building analytical solutions
  • Prior experience in AdTech / Marketing Analytics domain (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of campaign measurement, attribution models, and performance analytics
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to business and technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in client-facing environments

 

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to Clean Room technologies (e.g., privacy-focused data collaboration platforms)
  • Familiarity with tools such as Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Ads Data Hub, or similar ecosystems
  • Experience in media, advertising, or TV analytics domains
  • Understanding of experimental design and advanced analytics techniques
