Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
- Collaborate with development teams to improve system reliability and performance
- Ensure security best practices are followed in deployment processes
- Document processes and maintain configuration management
- Provide support and guidance for system upgrades and migrations
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role in the staffing/recruiting industry
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of networking and system architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
