Experience delivering Supply Chain / Logistics / Operations initiatives (planning automation, workflow digitization, or similar).
Experience working within PMO governance standards and using enterprise project tools (e.g., Changepoint/Daptiv PPM).
Manufacturing environment experience.

10+ years of Project Management experience in a large, multi-unit organization with complex cross-functional delivery.
Demonstrated strength in schedule, scope, budget, quality, and risk/issue management; excellent facilitation and executive communication.

Integration experience
This means connecting ERP ↔ TMS, not just using them separately.
Typical integration scenarios include:

• ERP sends orders to TMS for shipment planning
• TMS sends freight costs back to ERP for invoicing
• Status updates (shipped, delivered) flow back into ERP
• Master data (customers, locations, SKUs) stays in sync

 
TMS (Transportation Management System)
A TMS manages:

• Shipping
• Carriers
• Freight rates
• Loads
• Tracking and delivery

• SAP TM
• Oracle TMS
• Manhattan, Blue Yonder, MercuryGate, etc.

ERP and TMS integration experience (QAD/EE, SAP, and TMS).
Experience partnering with data/analytics teams and platforms supporting decision automation (ontology-driven or similar).
