We are seeking Virtual Assistants to support our clients in managing and scaling various aspects of their growing businesses. As a Virtual Assistant, your role will involve problem-solving and collaborating with various teams to support a range of projects.

Responsibilities—What You Will Do:

- Draft emails and manage business communications
- Participate in video conferences
- Interface with clients and customers
- Schedule and plan meetings and events
- Conduct online research and gather data using spreadsheets
- Provide reporting and analysis
- Engage in creative tasks related to writing and media
- Complete other administrative duties and projects as needed

Requirements:

- Fully fluent in English
- Proficient in using applications and technology
- Ability to commit to a long-term, full-time role
- Availability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time)
- No prior work experience is necessary, but any relevant experience will be considered
