MOBHIRA INTERNATIONAL is looking for dedicated Construction Workers (Masons, Steel fixers, Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Helpers, etc) to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry, contributing to various projects that enhance our community.

As a Construction Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our construction teams by performing various tasks that ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently. You'll work alongside skilled professionals, learning the trade and developing your skills in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for those looking to start their career in construction, with a competitive salary range of AED 1,300 - AED 1,600 monthly.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and cleanup of construction sites
• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, digging, and carrying materials
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Support skilled tradespeople in their daily tasks
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Participate in training sessions to learn construction techniques
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals
• Report any safety hazards or issues to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of construction terminology is a plus
