We offer a competitive salary range of SAR 1,700 - 1,800 monthly, along with a supportive workplace that values culinary excellence and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of North Indian dishes, ensuring authentic flavors and presentation
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure the availability of fresh ingredients
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create daily menus and special dishes
- Supervise kitchen operations and ensure timely meal preparation
- Adjust recipes based on seasonal availability of ingredients
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and food safety
- Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques in North Indian cuisine
Requirements
- Proven experience as a North Indian Cook or similar role in a restaurant or catering environment
- Strong knowledge of North Indian cooking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to prepare a wide range of traditional North Indian dishes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
