Nacomi, Holify, Fluff, and Trust My Sister are global cosmetics brands recognized for their innovation, quality, and commitment to sustainability. Our products, sold worldwide, combine the best of science with the natural care of beauty and wellness.

As part of our rapid expansion in Spain and LATAM, we are already collaborating with major Spanish drugstore chains. However, we aim to grow further by attracting new clients and expanding our market presence with additional brands.

To support this growth, we have recently opened a new office in Barcelona, where we are building a dynamic local team. We are now seeking a Key Account Manager to join us on-site and play a key role in driving business development, strengthening our position in the Spanish market, and developing the LATAM region.

Your Responsibilities


Identify new sales opportunities and establish relationships with Spanish drugstore chains and specialized retailers.
Manage and strengthen collaborations with existing clients, ensuring targets are met and fostering strong business relationships.
Conduct market analysis and monitor cosmetics industry trends to effectively adapt sales strategies.
Prepare, negotiate, and close tailored commercial proposals with both potential and existing clients.
Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and business meetings, promoting our brands and products.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.

What We’re Looking For


Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cosmetics industry or related sectors.
Market Knowledge: Expert knowledge of the Spanish cosmetics market, with a near-native understanding of local business dynamics. Experience in the LATAM market will be considered a strong advantage.
Languages: Advanced proficiency in Spanish (minimum C2 level, ideally native-like) and a high level of English (C1 or higher).
Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proactive Mindset: Self-motivated, creative, and highly organized, with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools is considered an advantage.
