About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Channel Sales / Account Executive to manage client billing, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders (architects, interior designers, dealers, and realtors), and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client servicing, billing, and sales operations, and must be open to frequent travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client billing, payment follow-ups, and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, and dealership networks.
  • Support channel partners and dealers in lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Manage day-to-day sales operations including invoicing, order tracking, and collection.
  • Travel extensively across assigned territories to engage with clients, dealers, and influencers.
  • Assist in organizing dealer meets, client presentations, and product awareness sessions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, operations, service) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Provide timely reporting on billing status, sales pipeline, and client interactions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client servicing, billing, or sales support role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and maintain relationships.
  • Comfortable with traveling extensively to meet clients, dealers, and influencers.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of building materials, interior, or construction industry will be an added advantage.
