NAVVYASA CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership at our client's office. The role involves managing calendars, travel, correspondence, documentation, and coordination across multiple teams, while ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning for the executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendar, appointments, and scheduling.
- Coordinate end-to-end travel planning, including logistics and accommodations.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and presentations for the executive.
- Draft, review, and respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the executive.
- Create and maintain slides, reports, meeting notes, and official documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for executive files.
- Cross-coordinate with internal teams for smooth communication and workflow.
- Handle selected administrative responsibilities as assigned.
- Provide MIS support for data analysis and reporting to aid decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, Master's degree or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in managing priorities, logistics, and administrative coordination.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
