About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Lead to drive excellence in process delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily performance of Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and building technical capability within the team. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping solutions, mentoring talent, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and support the day-to-day performance of Production Specialists.
• Provide timely resolution for technical escalations.
• Enhance technical expertise and capability across the team.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient, and secure systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in line with project timelines.

Job Requirements:

• Expertise in Python with strong knowledge of Django.
• Proven experience in Data Quality, Data Scraping, and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
• Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system.
• Strong understanding of Python threading limitations and multi-process architecture.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and ability to write/optimize complex queries.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker.

Preferred Background:

• 5–7 years of professional experience as a Python Developer.
• Hands-on expertise in Flask, Django, and ETL.
• Strong grasp of OOP concepts, Python, and data scraping.
• Exposure to design/architectural patterns is a plus.
• Experience with Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
• Prior experience working in Agile environments with a focus on rapid software development.
• Comfortable with Unix/Linux environments and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ability to deliver assigned tasks within scope and timeline.
• Graduate or Post-graduate from a reputed institution.
