Overview:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Account Executive to join our client’s fast-growing SaaS sales team. In this hunting role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within your assigned territory. You will leverage strong prospecting skills and a deep understanding of the market to build relationships with key decision-makers, uncover pain points, and demonstrate how our SaaS solutions address their compliance and GRC challenges.
Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently generate qualified leads, close high-value deals, and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth needs analyses to understand prospective clients’ unique GRC challenges and requirements.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals and exceed quotas.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a strong and healthy pipeline.
- Partner with your dedicated SDR and collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales support) to drive seamless execution.
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that highlight solution value and differentiation.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
- Stay current on industry trends, market developments, and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and customer data in the CRM (HubSpot).
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of proven closing experience in SaaS sales, preferably in a hunting role.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-focused.
- Proficiency in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales tools.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
