Overview:
We are seeking a smart, strategic, and polished B2B sales leader to join our client's Business Development and Industry Engagement team. This is a high-impact role that requires someone who can engage CXO-level stakeholders, drive concept-based sales, and spearhead strategic partnerships across the technology ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales from lead generation and client outreach to proposal creation, pitch delivery, and closure.
- Engage and build long-term relationships with CXOs, CISOs, Heads of Digital/IT, CSR Leaders, and Policy Stakeholders.
- Co-create customized engagement models with enterprises, startups, consulting firms, and academia.
- Prepare compelling pitch decks, proposals, and presentations tailored to the client context.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, roundtables, and executive briefings.
- Achieve revenue targets through partnerships, programs, and ecosystem-led selling.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10–15 years of experience in strategic B2B enterprise sales, preferably in: Advisory / Research Platforms / CSR/ ecosystem-driven programs or Consulting-led sales environments.
- Strong track record in solution/consultative selling, not transactional sales.
- Has independently led enterprise-level deals, engaging with CXOs and senior executives.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation and storytelling ability.
- Self-starter with a polished executive presence, capable of influencing decision-makers.
- Experience working with government bodies, donor agencies, or industry associations is a plus.
