About the Role

We are seeking a Service / Installation Engineer with hands-on experience in building material installations. The role involves supervising and executing installations, ensuring quality standards, managing timelines, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Prior experience in doors and windows installation will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute installation of building material products (doors, windows, and related solutions).
• Ensure quality standards and adherence to project timelines during installations.
• Conduct site supervision, coordinate with contractors, and guide installation teams.
• Provide technical support and demonstrations to customers regarding product usage and maintenance.
• Handle customer queries and service requests, ensuring a seamless after-sales experience.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, service visits, and project reports.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Promote safety compliance at all installation sites.

Key Requirements

• Diploma / Graduate in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of installation experience in building materials; doors and windows installation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of installation processes, site supervision, and technical documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for handling customers and contractors.
• Civil background is a good to have
• Open to travel for site visits and customer service requirements.
