• Strong expertise in large program governance and reporting
• Experience in outsourcing transitions or transformation programs
• Advanced skills in MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Own RAID logs, reporting cadence, and dashboards
• Track program milestones, dependencies, and risks
• PMP / PgMP certification
