About the Role

As an SDR Level II, you will be responsible for driving qualified pipeline growth through advanced prospecting, lead qualification, and sales process execution. This role requires strong technical proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify high-value opportunities while mitigating risk. You’ll collaborate closely with Account Executives and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales cycle and deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute advanced prospecting and profiling strategies to identify high-potential leads.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and pre-qualification to ensure accurate and actionable insights.
  • Maintain prompt and consistent follow-up on all leads to maximize conversion opportunities.
  • Identify and flag fraudulent prospects before advancing through the sales cycle.
  • Manage and update Salesforce with complete and accurate data, including decision-makers, vendors, and sales stage outcomes.
  • Generate targeted Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for businesses under 30 employees while maintaining meeting thresholds.
  • Support Account Executives by scheduling meetings for accounts over 30 employees and initiating early-stage sales conversations when necessary.
  • Achieve certification on click-path demo processes to effectively present Netchex solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff and alignment on strategy.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to team success and fostering a positive culture.

What we are looking for

  • 1–2 years of SDR/BDR experience (preferred).
  • Advanced prospecting and profiling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools, including:
    • Salesforce
    • Gong Engage
    • ZoomInfo
    • Zoom
    • DOMO (Dealertrack lead generation software)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Experience closing deals in the small business market.
  • Ability to identify fraudulent prospects and maintain GTM data integrity.
  • Promptness in lead follow-up and adherence to sales process execution.
