Developments.es / New Build Properties is an established, fast-growing international real estate group with offices across Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, and Denmark. Our multilingual team connects European property buyers with exceptional opportunities across Spain.

We're looking for a motivated Flemish or Dutch-speaking Telemarketing Agent to join our office in Bel-Air, Estepona. 
If you also speak French, that's a significant advantage - but what matters most is your communication skills, your drive, and your ability to connect naturally with clients over the phone.

The Role
You'll work exclusively with warm, pre-qualified leads - people who have already expressed interest in buying property in Spain. No cold calling. Your job is to engage them, understand their situation, and book online consultations with our real estate agents.

Success is clear and measurable. We target a minimum of 2 bookings per day, and your earnings grow directly with your results.

What We Offer:

• €1,700/month fixed base salary (gross)
• Performance-based monthly bonus
• Commission on property sales generated from your bookings
• Full-time permanent contract (indefinido) under Spanish labour law
• Full training provided - no previous experience required
• Modern office in Bel-Air, Estepona, alongside an international European team
• Working hours between 10:00–18:00 and 12:00–20:00 on a rotating schedule
• Two weekend shifts per month

What You'll Do:

• Call warm prospects who have already requested information about buying property in Spain at some point
• Build rapport, qualify interest, and understand buying intentions
• Book a minimum of 2 online meetings per day for our real estate agents
• Follow proven scripts and structured call processes
• Keep accurate CRM records after every call
• Represent Developments.es / New Build Properties with professionalism and a positive attitude

Who You Are:

• Native or fluent Flemish or Dutch speaker - this is essential
• French speaker - a strong advantage
• Solid English communication skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working to clear daily targets
• Resilient, positive, and focused throughout the working day
• Based within approximately 30-40 minutes of Bel-Air, Estepona
• Comfortable with two weekend shifts per month
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus - attitude and drive matter more
