Developments.es & NewBuildProperties.com are expanding our professional real estate team on the Costa del Sol.

We are a Danish-owned real estate group with offices in Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, and Dubai, specialised in new build properties and representing some of Europe’s leading developers.

Through strong marketing investments and user-friendly platforms, we provide our agents with pre-qualified international clients and booked meetings every month. Together with our in-house Telemarketing team, CRM support, admin, legal support, and dedicated resales department, you will have all the tools needed to focus on sales and closing deals.

This is not a cold-calling role. We are looking for experienced and sales-driven agents who want to grow with a serious and structured company.
 

Important Requirement (Please Read Before Applying)

This position is only suitable for candidates who:

  • Are already living on the Costa del Sol
  • Have minimum 1 year of real estate experience on the Costa del Sol
  • Have strong knowledge of the areas, developments, and buying process
  • Speak fluent French or Dutch together with strong English

Your Role

  • Manage international buyers from first contact until closing
  • Conduct online meetings and property viewings
  • Present and sell new developments across the Costa del Sol
  • Build strong client relationships and guide buyers through the process
  • Negotiate offers and follow up professionally
  • Keep client communication and pipeline updated in the CRM system

Requirements

  • Fluent French and Dutch and strong English
  • Minimum 1 year of Costa del Sol real estate experience
  • Strong sales and closing mindset
  • Professional, proactive, and motivated personality
  • Comfortable working on commission structure
  • Autónomo or willing to work as self-employed
  • Own car and driving licence
  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and structured follow-up
