Developments.es & NewBuildProperties.com is actively looking for experienced real estate agents who speak French, Dutch, German, or Swiss-German natively. If you are already living on the Costa Blanca and have real estate experience, this post is written for you.

We are not looking for someone to train from scratch. We need proven closers who know the market, know the buyer, and are ready to hit the ground running.

This role is exclusively for candidates who:

  • Are already living on the Costa Blanca
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of proven real estate experience - new build experience is a strong advantage
  • Speak fluent English plus one of the following natively: French, Dutch, German, or Swiss-German
  • Hold a valid driving licence and have access to a personal vehicle
  • Are registered as autónomo or willing to work on a self-employed basis

Who we are

We are a Danish-owned international real estate group with 9+ years of operation across the Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, and Dubai. We specialise exclusively in new-build and off-plan properties and represent some of Europe's most respected developers.

We do not hand our agents a phone and wish them luck. We hand them a pipeline.

Our in-house telemarketing team, dedicated back-office, and heavy marketing investment mean our agents spend their time doing one thing - closing deals with buyers who are already interested and ready to move.

What we offer

  • Commission structure from 32% up to 65%
  • Average monthly earnings: €6,000-€9,000

Your role

  • Manage pre-qualified international buyers from first contact through to closing
  • Conduct in-person and virtual property viewings across the Costa Blanca
  • Present and sell new developments and off-plan projects
  • Negotiate offers and guide clients through the full purchase process in Spain
  • Keep CRM records up to date and maintain structured follow-up
  • Work from our Alicante office 2-3 days per week, flexible

What we are looking for

  • Native or near-native speaker of French, Dutch, German, or Swiss-German - this is essential
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of proven real estate experience - new build preferred
  • Solid knowledge of the Costa Blanca market, areas, and developments
  • A genuine closing mentality - consultative, not transactional
  • Professional, proactive, humble and self-driven
  • Own car and valid driving licence
  • Based on the Costa Blanca and available to start as soon as possible
