Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple construction programs from initiation to completion
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines
- Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resources
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and team members
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- Monitor program performance and report on progress and outcomes
- Lead program meetings and document key decisions and action items
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of program management experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in budget management and financial reporting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
