NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an experienced District Manager / Area Director to lead our operations in Toledo. In this role, you will oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational excellence and driving the overall success of the district. With a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $130,000 annually, this position also offers great potential for career advancement within our growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations
- Implement strategic initiatives to enhance business performance
- Drive sales and profitability through effective leadership
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train, mentor, and develop restaurant managers and staff
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Foster a positive and engaging work environment
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively

- Conduct regular audits and assessments of restaurant operations
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
