NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for an Executive Kitchen Manager / Executive Chef at our Scratch Kitchen located in Myrtle Beach. This full-time, on-site position is an incredible opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.
In this role, you will oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring that our scratch-made dishes maintain the highest quality standards. You will be instrumental in menu development, staff training, and maintaining a productive and positive kitchen environment. Your expertise will help shape our culinary vision and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality standards are met
- Develop and implement seasonal menus showcasing scratch-made dishes
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and mentorship to enhance their skills
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food cost effectively
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Implement and maintain kitchen policies and procedures
- Continuously seek ways to improve kitchen efficiency and service
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to create innovative and appealing menu items
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with staff and management
