NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for a QSR Restaurant General Manager in Downey. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to lead our fast-paced restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence.
As the QSR Restaurant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, managing a team of dedicated staff, and driving the growth and success of our restaurant. You will be responsible for implementing best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, all while fostering a positive work environment.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $70,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company. 45 hour work week
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement operational procedures and standards
- Monitor inventory levels and control food costs
- Analyze financial reports and prepare budgets
- Drive sales through effective marketing and promotional strategies
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for all team members
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- 2 years proven experience as a restaurant manager or similar role in the QSR industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in financial management and budget planning
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Flexible schedule and availability to work evenings and weekends
