This full-time, on-site position is an exceptional opportunity to manage a fast-paced quick-service restaurant and drive operational excellence while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

In this role, you will oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. As a QSR Restaurant General Manager, you will be instrumental in developing a strong team culture, implementing effective training programs, and enhancing the overall performance of the restaurant. Your leadership will directly contribute to achieving our strategic goals and maintaining our reputation in the restaurant industry.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning
  • Manage and train staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain effectively
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements
