NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a skilled Restaurant Area Director / District Manager to join our esteemed team in New Orleans. This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to lead multiple upscale casual dining establishments and drive operational excellence across the district.
As the Restaurant Area Director, you will oversee the performance of several locations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and profitability. Your role will involve collaborating with restaurant management teams to implement strategic initiatives that enhance guest experiences and promote brand loyalty. This position is critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence in the restaurant industry and will be instrumental in achieving our company objectives.
We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional advancement within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant locations
- Drive sales growth and enhance profitability across the district
- Implement and maintain company standards for service and quality
- Recruit, train, and develop management teams to ensure high performance
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate restaurant performance
- Analyze financial reports and develop action plans to improve performance
- Foster a positive work environment and promote team collaboration
- Develop marketing strategies to increase customer engagement
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience as a District Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and management
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to analyze financial data and drive performance improvement
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Experience in upscale casual dining environments is a plus
