Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of food and service
- Lead, mentor, and develop restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Implement and maintain operational policies and procedures
- Monitor financial performance, including budget management and cost control
- Enhance guest satisfaction through quality service and hospitality
- Conduct staff training and performance evaluations
- Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Drive marketing initiatives to promote restaurant offerings
- Address customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar managerial role
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality standards
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience with staff training and development
- Flexibility to work various shifts, but no late nights required
