Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor inventory levels and control food and labor costs
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Prepare financial reports and analyze restaurant performance metrics
- Lead marketing initiatives to promote the restaurant and increase foot traffic
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-volume dining environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
