As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and implement strategies to enhance our restaurant's efficiency and profitability. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, along with a supportive environment that encourages professional development and career growth.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer complaints professionally
- Analyze financial reports and implement cost control measures
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop menu offerings and specials
- Plan and coordinate promotional events to attract customers

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
