NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Director of Franchise Sales to join our QSR Teram. This full-time, remote position(Preferr MW, SE) is ideal for a seasoned professiona, ready to lead our franchise sales initiatives within the thriving QSR restaurant industry.

As the Senior Director of Franchise Sales, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our franchise network, driving revenue growth, and enhancing brand presence across various markets. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans, ensuring alignment with our company’s vision and goals. Your expertise in franchise development will be instrumental in fostering strong relationships with potential franchisees and supporting them throughout the onboarding process.

We offer a competitive salary range of $170,000 - $180,000 annually plus uncapped commissions, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that emphasizes personal and professional growth within a fast-paced and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic franchise sales plans to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Lead and mentor the franchise sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential franchisees and existing partners.
  • Conduct market research to identify new franchise opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create compelling franchise sales materials and campaigns.
  • Facilitate franchisee training and support to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Monitor and analyze franchise sales performance metrics, making data-driven decisions for improvement.
  • Represent the company at industry events and franchise expos to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in franchise sales, preferably at the Director or Vice-President level.
  • Strong understanding of the QSR and Fast casual restaurant industry and franchise development processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with franchise partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment and manage a distributed team effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
