The CFO is looking for a high-calibre analyst to join a lean, high-performing team.

The Role

As a Financial Analyst, you will support the Finance team across financial modelling, reporting, and transaction analysis. You will work closely with the CFO, FP&A lead, and deal team, producing the rigorous analysis that informs investment decisions, board presentations, and lender negotiations. This is a role for someone who wants to develop deep financial expertise in a substantive, asset-rich business.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain complex financial models for existing portfolio assets, acquisitions, and refinancing scenarios, including DCF, LBO, and project finance structures.
- Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, board packs, and lender reporting, with clear variance commentary and performance narrative.
- Conduct sector and market analysis to support investment theses, competitive benchmarking, and strategic planning.
- Assist with due diligence processes on new acquisitions, coordinating with external advisors and internal stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and automate routine analysis tasks.

What We're Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, infrastructure finance, or a top-tier strategy or financial advisory firm.
- Exceptional financial modelling skills - advanced Excel is essential; experience with project finance or infrastructure asset models is a strong advantage.
- Strong academic background, ideally in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
- Highly analytical with an eye for detail and the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Genuine interest in infrastructure, energy transition, or real assets.

Compensation & Benefits

- Base salary of £55,000 – £70,000, depending on experience.
- Annual discretionary bonus.
- Pension contribution and private health cover.
- 25 days holiday and hybrid working from London (3 days in office).
