VP Strategy - London
What you'll be responsible for:
As Vice President of Strategy, you'll be a key member of the leadership team, shaping strategic direction and driving execution across the organization. You will:
- Define and own the company's strategic vision and roadmap in partnership with the C-suite
- Lead strategic planning cycles, business reviews, and long-term planning initiatives
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market expansion, and growth initiatives
- Build and lead high-performing strategy teams
- Partner with functional leaders (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations) to align strategy with execution
- Conduct deep market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform decision-making
- Present strategic recommendations and business cases to the Board and senior leadership
- Drive strategic initiatives from conception through execution
You'll be a strong match if you have:
- Previous experience in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms)
- 8–15+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or strategic leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading strategy functions or teams
- Experience advising or working directly with C-suite executives and Boards
- Strong analytical and business modeling capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence
- Experience in high-growth or scaling companies is a plus
